How it works

You book my time and set the appointment, and we meet. Sessions are confidential, direct, and focused on clarity and tangible next steps. We will walk through your challenges, clarify what’s really going on and, together, take as much ground as we can towards your goals.

It could entail clarifying your choices, reframing constraints, understanding pressure points, exploring options and consequences and brainstorming improvements. The session ends with agreement on concrete next steps.
