A trusted thinking partner for decisions you can’t make alone
Leadership Consulting with Mark Cosgrove is for leadership moments when experience and judgement matter more than models or theory.
When dealing with decisions that carry weight; complex people dynamics, career inflection points, dilemmas and high-stakes conversations, having someone to talk to, who understands leadership can give you room to breathe. And if that person is not in your organization, the conversation stays private – no matter what.
It’s not therapy. It’s not executive coaching. It’s not a pep-talk. It’s a structured, confidential consultation focused on your real challenges, that results in real change and practical next steps.

How it works
You book my time and set the appointment, and we meet. Sessions are confidential, direct, and focused on clarity and tangible next steps. We will walk through your challenges, clarify what’s really going on and, together, take as much ground as we can towards your goals.
It could entail clarifying your choices, reframing constraints, understanding pressure points, exploring options and consequences and brainstorming improvements. The session ends with agreement on concrete next steps.
This is pragmatic work, grounded in reality, not abstract development goals.
This work is for managers, senior leaders, directors, and founders facing complex leadership or career situations; Leaders who value clear thinking over quick reassurance
